One Time Super Eagles Trainee Ebere Eze has said it is an honour to be selected to play for England’s Under-20 side.
The Nigerian born QPR attacker who was included in Paul Simpson’s squad for matches against Italy and the Czech Republic later this month reacted on QPRs official website.
The dazzling 20 year old is now looking forward to linking up with the young Lions.
“You want to be called up for international football and it is a great honour to have been,” he told www.qpr.co.uk. “It’s a really good milestone for me.
“I found out on Thursday night. I got a bit of an inkling from the Doctor as the FA had spoken to him and I’m really excited.
“It will be a good experience, I’ve never been involved before so I am looking forward to seeing what it is like.”
The QPR number 10 has been the standout player for QPR this season scoring 3 goals in 11 games for the Rs
Eze had previously trained with Nigeria’s senior side but has not played for any nation yet.
