Nigerian teenage midfielder Ebere Eze continued where he left off last season as he hit target for English Championship Side QPR in their preseason game win over Peterborough United on Saturday
The R’s stepped up pre-season preparations with an entertaining 4 -2 win with the 18 year old midfielder scoring the 3rd goal for his side
QPRs other goals were scored by Jamie Mackie, Jack Robinson and Charlie Owens.
Jamie Mackie’s 22nd-minute opener gave Rangers the lead at the ABAX Stadium before a Junior Morias double seemed to turn the tide in Peterboroughs favour
Rangers coach Ian Holloway fielded an entirely different team in the 2nd half and the youthful subs led by the Nigerian Ebere Eze quickly turned things around
After Robinson had levelled with a thumping finish into the far corner Nigerian youngster Eze added the R’s third, sliding home Wszolek’s pull-back after excellent work from the Pole inside the box
Ebere is being groomed for a future role with Nigeria’s Super eagles and trained with the team in London back in March
