MFM FC forward Sikiru Olatubosun’s wonder goal against champions Enugu Rangers has pulled ahead in the race for the coveted CNN’s Goal of the Week award

The MFM striker has garnered 81% of the votes miles ahead closest competitors Radja Niangolan of roma who has 12% and Anderlecht Wonderkid Youri Tielemans who has 6% with 3 days to go before the winner is announced
In the Nigeria Professional Football League on Friday at the Agege township stadium Olatubosun delightfully flicked the ball over a Rangers defender before smashing it into the top corner from around 25 yards for MFM’s opening goal to send the Lagos fans into a frenzy.
The winner among the four shortlisted players will be announced on Thursday
Manchester City’s Nigerian Striker has won the award twice but should Olatubosun win this would be the first time in history a player from the NPFL would be winning the award
