Former MFM striker Stephen odey scored his first UEFA EUROPA League goal against Bayer Leverkusen to hand his team a 3-2 crucial home win.
The 20 year old scored the winning goal in the 78th minute with both sides tied at 2-2
The goal is the fourth goal of the season and his first in the Europa League for Odey, who joined FC Zurich from Nigerian club MFM FC in October last year
Odey continues his rich run of form after netting his third league goal of the season just over the weekend in an exciting 3-3 home draw with Young Boys
With the victory FC Zurich lead Group A with maximum nine points from three matches, while Leverkusen slipped to second with six points.
Both teams will meet again on November 8 in a reversed tie in Germany.
